Account Details

Language / Sprache

Available Languages:

• Deutsch (German): Full localization
• English: Full localization

Changing Language:

1. Navigate to Settings → User → General
2. Choose your desired language from the dropdown
3. Click "Save" and the UI immediately updates to selected language

Language Scope:

• Personal setting only
• Does not affect other workspace users
• Applies to entire Exosphere interface
• Includes all menus, labels, messages

Miscellaneous Settings

Loxone App Installed:

• Purpose: Optimize UI for users with Loxone App
• Effect: Opens the Loxone App on the device instead of the web view
• Setting: "I have the Loxone App installed on this device"
• Default: Unchecked

When to Enable:

• You have Loxone App on your device
• Prefer using the native app over the web view
• Use Exosphere alongside Loxone App

Effect of Setting:

• Redirects to Loxone App when accessing features
• Provides native app experience
• Adjusts help text and hints for app usage
• Optimizes interactions for app environment

My Workspaces

Purpose: View and switch between workspaces you are a member of.

Workspace List:

• All workspaces you have access to
• Shows workspace name and type
• Indicates current active workspace
• Quick switching between workspaces

Switching Workspaces:

1. Navigate to Settings → User → My Workspaces, or use the workspace switcher in the top left corner
2. Click on desired workspace
3. UI loads selected workspace
4. All data context switches to new workspace

My Invites

Purpose: View and manage your own invitations

Invitation Overview:

• All pending invitations
• Shows invitee email
• Invitation status (pending/accepted/expired)
• Creation date
