Personal Workspaces

Personal workspaces are automatically created for each Loxone account and provide essential cloud features without a subscription:

Program file hosting – Store and manage your Loxone Config program files
Wallet/keychain hosting – Securely store credentials and keys
No license required – Free to use with your Loxone account

Limitations:

Single user only (no team collaboration)
Cannot collect data from Miniservers
No visualization or monitoring features
Fair use storage limits apply

Resource Sharing allows ENTERPRISE workspaces to share dashboards and databases:

External sharing – Share with users who don't have Exosphere accounts
Cross-workspace sharing – Share resources between different workspaces
Access control – Set anonymous, domain-restricted, or email-based access
Link management – Generate, revoke, and track share links

Hierarchical Permissions (Enterprise)
